The case for MGCPL
A late corridor costs far more than a cheap one saves.
Public infrastructure runs on fixed budgets, published deadlines and live traffic. When a package slips, the cost lands on the agency, the contractor and everyone who has to keep driving the old alignment.
We tender only where we can be certain of delivery, we resource from plant and crews we own, and we hand over on the date we committed to. That is why NHAI, Indian Railways, CPWD and state PWDs keep coming back rather than re-tendering.

What we do
Roads on the ground. Rail beside them. One contractor behind both.
Highways, structures, railway doubling and high-speed rail are usually three different suppliers and three different programmes. We run all of them from one office in Ambala, with one team accountable for the date.

Greenfield alignments, four-laning, and the maintenance years after.

How a project runs
Three stages, and the asset is in service.
From award to handover, the same three people carry the programme. You are never handed to a new team halfway through.
Stage 01
Survey & tender
We map the alignment, run the geotechnical investigation and price against real plant availability and real crew numbers. You get a programme we can hold, not the lowest number in the room.
Stage 02
Mobilise & build
Temporary works, launching sequences and traffic or block management are designed in-house before mobilisation. Fronts open in parallel so no single constraint governs the whole corridor.
Stage 03
Test & hand over
Testing, commissioning and as-built documentation complete the package. Where the contract carries long-term maintenance, the same team stays with the asset.

The discipline barely changes between a highway and a railway formation. What changes is the tolerance, the block window and the agency you answer to.
